What is the capacity of The Grand?

The Grand can fit 150 people for a seated event or 200 people for a cocktail style event.

What is included in your set up?

We provide standard tables, linens and chairs for events hosted in our space. We will always work with you to ensure we provide whatever best suits your event.

How many tables, chairs, and linens do you provide?

Upon request we have 150 chairs, two buffet tables (7.5’ x 3.5’), three rectangular tables (6’), 15 round tables (5’), cocktail tables, and one small rectangular table which is often used as a welcome table. All tables have the appropriately sized white linens. These are all provided at no extra cost, though we do need advanced notice if you plan to use them.

Do you provide sound or media equipment?

We have a small speaker and corded microphone setup available. You’re welcome to bring your own gear if you need more.

Do you have an onsite caterer or kitchen?

We do not have an onsite caterer or full catering kitchen. We do have a kitchen space with prep tables and a sink but do not provide any appliances to heat or cook food. We also do not have fridge or cooler space for clients to use during events. If you have a cake or anything needing to be chilled, we recommend having these dropped off closer to the time you will be needing them. We do work with some great local caterers that we are happy to recommend to you if needed.
